Comment - Going out on Friday night and shooting some CineStill 800T is turning into a good habit.

This time I used a manual focus Nikkor S.C. 55/1.2 along with the F100 to see how it goes with this film. Ended up getting a few decent shots, but once again didn't bring a tripod and was forced into using wide apertures due to low shutter speeds. While the 55/1.2 is a great lens, wide-open sharpness isn't its strong point. The bokeh the lens produces is a strength of this lens, however, and I was pretty pleased with the way it rendered on this film, especially with the taxi shots.

Eventually, I'll bring a tripod along one night and see what using smaller apertures are like on this film. They're just such a pain in the ass to carry around!
