Comment -Not shot on film but I’m gonna post it here anyway 😃

Landed in Tokyo a couple of days early on a work trip and had the weekend to myself for some street shooting. Tokyo must be one of the most target-rich environments anywhere for this type of photography. Even though I’d bought the camera a couple of months before the Tokyo trip, this was the first time I’d ever used it properly. Saying that, I’ve actually used the GRi extensively over many years, so I pretty well knew what I was in for. They are very similar in most respects, but the GRiii comes with a new 24MP sensor, new lens and inbuilt IBIS. Ergonomically they are pretty identical and “snap” mode is still there. I’ve always loved the Japanese photographer Daido Moriyama, and these shots were edited in a high contrast B&W style similar to his signature method. Seemed fitting.
